Elephant is considered to be the largest animal living on land. It is really a joy of wonder to see an elephant. Elephants were largely seen in India, South east Asia & Africa. African elephants are gigantic compared to the Asian Elephants. They were one of the wisest species with huge memory power which can be compared to Dolphins. The special attraction of Elephant is their TUSKS which is considered to be its external tooth. Only male elephants has tusks. The African Elephants has huge tusks comparitively. In India and southeast Asia elephants were considered to be a god and people worship elephants. There is temple for elephants at Thailand.
